What we collect

When you shop with us or contact us, we collect the information you give us directly: your name, email address, shipping address and order details. Payment information is processed securely by our checkout provider and is never stored on our servers.

How we use it

We use your information to process and ship your order, to answer your questions, and — only if you opt in — to send you updates about BAUD. We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

Cookies and analytics

Our site uses cookies and similar technologies to keep your cart working and to help us understand how the site is used, so we can make it better.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email us at katie@baudcollective.com and we will take care of it.
