Shipping & returns.

Shipping

Every BAUD piece is made to order and ships in 6–8 weeks. Shipping is a flat $8.95 per order. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and tracking as soon as it ships.

We are currently in pre-sale, so we don't offer overnight or expedited shipping. Once pre-sale is over, orders are packed within 2 days and then shipped out.

Returns & exchanges

All sales are final — we do not accept returns. However, we will exchange a piece for a different size within the first 7 days of delivery, as long as the tags are still on and the piece has not been worn. Email katie@baudcollective.com with your order number and the size you would like, and we will get it sorted.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your piece arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, email us within 14 days of delivery at katie@baudcollective.com with your order number and a photo, and we will make it right.
