Ordering

By placing an order with Baud Collective you agree to these terms. All orders are pre-sale: every piece is made to order and ships in 6–8 weeks. Payment is taken at checkout and processed securely by our payment provider.

Pricing and shipping

Prices are listed in US dollars. Shipping is a flat $8.95 per order. We are currently in pre-sale, so overnight and expedited shipping are not offered; once pre-sale is over, orders are packed within 2 days. You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address; we cannot be responsible for orders sent to an incorrectly entered address.

All sales are final

Because every piece is made to order, all sales are final and we do not accept returns. However, we will exchange a piece for a different size within the first 7 days of delivery, as long as the tags are still on and it has not been worn. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery at katie@baudcollective.com and we will make it right.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — the BAUD name, logo, imagery and copy — belongs to Baud Collective. Our lift technology is patent pending. Please do not use our content without written permission.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted here always applies to new orders.
